Secret Roman Catholics Pretending To Be Baptist Preachers

Pseudo-Fundamentalism

I remember back in the 1980's, when the late Jerry Falwell went around the United States and other countries, claiming that he was a "Fundamentalist Baptist".  I remember learning that he was actually cozying up to and avidly cooperating with the Great Whore of Rome.  In fact, I once heard that the largest group within his so-called "Moral Majority" were the Roman Catholics.

When you study the history of Fundamentalism, (in fact, the entire history of Bible-believing Christianity), you will learn that the idea of Jesus and the Bible coming first was always a central theme to serious Christians.  This idea of Jesus and the Bible always coming first meant that such Christians remained separate from apostates and false teachers.

The fact is that the Bible itself has always demanded such separation.  Therefore, for a true Fundamentalist Baptist or other good Christian, separation from Roman Catholicism, Mormonism, Islam, and other false-religions is not a choice, it was and is a requirement.

With the rise of New Evangelicalism during the mid-twentieth century, a new group of Christians (so-called) arose called the "New Evangelicals". These New Evangelicals claimed to be Evangelicals, just like their Fundamentalist Christian counterparts.

Nevertheless, they claimed that the doctrines of "Biblical Separation" and "Christian Militancy" were wrong and "outdated".  Instead, such New Evangelicals wanted a new "dialog" with those that promoted sin and false doctrines. They wanted in fact to cooperate and join themselves in friendship with the world.

Because such New Evangelicals refused to obey the Bible's clear teachings concerning Christian Militancy, Biblical Separation, and other doctrines, True Fundamentalists separated from Billy Graham and other New Evangelicals during the later half of the twentieth century.

Nevertheless, there soon arose teachers from within their ranks -- teachers who claimed to be Fundamentalists; but who, (like the New Evangelicals), wanted also to join in with apostates, unbelievers, and others who wanted to commit sin. This new group of teachers comprised the "Pseudo-Fundamentalists".

As a leader of this new movement, the late Jerry Falwell helped to bring Pseudo-Fundamentalists back toward Rome and back toward the world with its many abominable sins.  Jerry Falwell therefore helped to further reduce the already dwindling ranks of the true and faithful Fundamentalist Baptists in the U.S., and around the world.  We are truly in an Age of Apostasy.

As you have probably already figured out, Pseudo-Fundamentalists are just New Evangelicals claiming (falsely) to be Fundamentalist Christians.  Many such men are called "Fundamental Baptists ". A Fundamental Baptist is someone who believes the Bible.  Nevertheless, what makes a New Evangelical a New Evangelical is not whether or not he or she believes the
Bible.  Rather, it is the rejection of Christian Militancy and/or Biblical Separation that makes a New Evangelical a New Evangelical.
